It is part of the Mariinsky Damask Collection by Cole and Son and this whole range celebrates the world of theatre, ballet and opera. It is named after the famous French opera and it combines a delicate, illustrative damask and Cole and Son’s own Jaspe motif.
The Jaspe is a creative process and design style created by the founder of Cole and Son. It mimics the appearance of luxurious woven silk fabric and it is a perfect partner for the elegant damask pattern used in the Giselle design. In this 108/5026 colourway the Giselle design is in a combination of beautiful blue tones. Each roll of Giselle Wallpaper measures 52cm in width and 10.05 metres in length. It has a straight pattern match and a 64cm pattern repeat. The wallpaper has a timeless design and the floral damask is highly textured, appearing to almost float above the Cole and Son Jaspe.
