UK DELIVERY

FREE UK (MAINLAND) DELIVERY – on orders over £70

For orders under £70, there is a £5.00 delivery charge.

Our Delivery Services

 

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery on UK Mainland orders over £70. This offer also includes furniture and large items. If an item is in stock then we can deliver this to you within 2-3 working days. If an item is not in stock then we will deliver your item to you for free within the lead time stated on the product page.

For Parcel Deliveries with DPD (medium sized items)

Your order will be dispatched when the product is available, according to the lead time of the product displayed on the product page. Delivery will be any day between Monday and Saturday.

On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email from us and also an email and/or text message from DPD to inform you that the delivery will be with you the following day. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an email from DPD with a 1 hour Delivery Time Window of when your order will be delivered. You will also be able to track your parcel throughout the delivery day with DPD’s ‘Follow My Parcel’ where you can track the location of the delivery driver.

From the DPD Email or Text Message you will have the following options to change your delivery:

  • Select an alternative delivery date.
  • Opt for delivery to a nominated neighbour.
  • Have the parcel left in a specified safe place.
  • Collect the parcel from your local DPD Pickup Shop.
  • Upgrade delivery to before 10:30, before 12, afternoon or a Saturday or Sunday.

 

 

For Parcel Deliveries with Royal Mail (small sized items)

 
Your order will be dispatched when the product is available, according to the lead time of the product displayed on the product page. Delivery will be any day between Monday and Saturday.

On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email from us. On the morning of the delivery day, you will receive an email and/ or text from Royal Mail to inform you that your order is out for delivery and will be with you for the same day. You will be able to track your parcel throughout the delivery day with a reference number that will be included in the email sent by Royal Mail on the morning of delivery. 

You cannot change the date or time of your delivery by Royal Mail. Your order will arrive within 48 hours of being dispatched from our warehouse and will be delivered by your postman with your regular daily post delivery. If you are absent during delivery, the postman will leave a card in your letterbox stating a follow-up action that will state a re-attempt delivery for the next day. You can contact Royal Mail to change the new delivery date if the following day does not suit. 
 

 

For Furniture Deliveries

Please note: If you chose this option for large items such as furniture, your products will only be delivered to outside your front door and you may be required to remove a pallet once you have unpacked your items.

NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY

In the Shopping Basket and Checkout, you will have the option to select a nominated delivery day of your choice, as long as the delivery day is after the lead time stated on the product page of the item you are ordering. You will also have the choice for us to deliver your order on a Saturday or Sunday, with options of delivery being before 12.00PM.

On the day of dispatch, you will receive an email from us and also an email and/or text message from DPD to inform you that the delivery will be with you the following day. On the morning of the delivery day you will receive an email from DPD with a 1 hour Delivery Time Window of when your order will be delivered. You will also be able to track your parcel throughout the delivery day with DPD’s ‘Follow My Parcel’ where you can track the location of the delivery driver.

Please note: Our NOMINATED DAY DELIVERY service is not available with some items and large furniture items.

Our NEXT DAY DELIVERY service is a next working day delivery service for eligible items ordered before 3PM Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays.

If you place your order before 3PM between Monday and Friday (non-Bank Holiday), your order will be delivered the following Working Day - This includes Saturday Delivery, so if you place your order on a Friday before 3PM, it will be delivered on the Saturday.

PLEASE NOTE: If you place your order over the weekend using the NEXT DAY DELIVERY service, your order will be dispatched on the Monday for delivery on Tuesday (Bank Holidays Excluded).

You will receive an email from us and also an email and/or text message from DPD to inform you that the delivery will be with you the following day. On the morning of the delivery day you will receive an email from DPD with a 1 hour Delivery Time Window of when your order will be delivered. You will also be able to track your parcel throughout the delivery day with DPD’s ‘Follow My Parcel’ where you can track the location of the delivery driver.

WHITE GLOVE DELIVERY

Our White Glove Delivery is for larger furniture items which requires 2 people.

Your order will be dispatched when the product is available, according to the lead time of the product displayed on the product page.

You will be contacted by our delivery partner who will book in a delivery day with you. On the day of delivery that you have agreed with our delivery partner, your items will be delivered to a room of your choice. Items will then be unpackaged and all packaging will be taken away.

What about Exchange Rates, Currency and Payments?

 

Naken.co.uk is a UK based website that operates within UK. and Non-UK Banks and International credit card providers will regulate their own exchange rates and in addition, might charge a processing or administration fee that the card holder is liable to pay. It is the responsibility of the customer to research exchange rates and charges included in exchanging money by purchasing from the UK. Naken.co.uk disclaims any responsibility for any charges incurred.

Naken.co.uk is a website that operates within the UK. Purchases on the site can be securely paid via Braintree Payments using a Credit or Debit card, or by PayPal. All payments are processed in Pounds Sterling [GBP]

 

What about VAT?

 

If your order is being shipped to a country within the EU then you will be charged the standard UK rate of VAT which is currently 20%. This is included within all prices stated on our website and a breakdown will be shown in the shopping cart and checkout.

If your goods are being shipped to a country outside of the EU then VAT will not be charged, giving you a saving of 20% off of the prices stated on our website. This will be shown in the shopping cart and checkout.

However, please be aware that most overseas deliveries are subject to local import duties and entry taxes at their final point of destination. Any local import duties and taxes that may be due are the sole responsibility of the recipient of the goods and Naken.co.uk (Naken Interiors) are not responsible for any charges incurred.

 

General Delivery Terms & Conditions

 

What if my order arrives damaged or faulty?

Where possible, we require you to check the items immediately. Therefore, once you have taken delivery of your order to ensure your items have been delivered safely in transit, please check the contents thoroughly as soon as you possibly can. In the rare event that your parcel arrives damaged, please:

  1.   Accept the delivery but make your delivery driver aware of the damage and, when you sign for the goods, write ‘damaged’ alongside your signature on the delivery paperwork.
  2.   If you are unable to open and inspect the goods, when you sign for your delivery please write 'unchecked' alongside your signature on the delivery paperwork.

In the unfortunate and unlikely event that you receive your order in a faulty or damaged condition, please email us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [email protected], complete with your order number, a short description and photographs of the fault/ damage - this will help us process your claim accordingly and as quickly as possible.

It is also very important that you keep all the original packaging, including delivery boxes and repack the item with care.

 

What about returns?

 

If for some reason you are not 100% happy with the products that you have ordered from us or if you need to return them for any reason, you can do so by contacting us within 14 days of receipt of the product(s). We will be more than happy to offer you a refund* provided that the products are returned to us complete and in perfect condition.

*Please note that our 14-day returns guarantee does not apply to items on an ‘SP’ product code, non-standard, customized/bespoke/ special order, made-to-order or ordered in especially products. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for further information.

Lead Times and Estimated Delivery Dates

The Lead-Times stated are Estimated Lead Times, and although we do everything possible to meet this lead-time there are sometimes events and issues outside of our control that can cause delays. Therefore, we kindly ask you not to book in Trades People to install any of the products purchased at Naken.co.uk until you have received the goods from us and are happy with your purchase. We (Naken.co.uk) will not take any responsibility if a tradesperson is booked and the product(s) does not arrive in time for it to be installed.

Please do not email or call us asking when the product is going to be dispatched before the estimated lead time has exceeded. If there is a problem with the order we will contact you as soon as we can.

When ordering multiple items, please take the longest lead time into account as we ship all items of orders together. This doesn't apply to furniture, flooring and some items that may be dispatched direct from the manufacturers.
