The Bellini 108/9048 Wallpaper by Cole and Son is a striking addition to their collection and in fact brings back an archive design that is known and loved. The original design for Bellini was a surface print wallpaper that Cole and Son produced in the 1950s. The new version has been recoloured and slightly reworked for the modern consumer. It is part of the Mariinsky Damask Collection by Cole and Son and as the name suggests, it is named after the esteemed Italian composer, Vincenzo Bellini.
The Bellini design features a modern mosaic with a rural twist. The tiles of the mosaic have been filled with flora and foliage in a sketched illustrative way. The tiles also incorporate bolder geometric shapes and the overall feel is a wallpaper which is simply elegant and stylish, but also able to make a statement. This 108/9048 colourway features warm olive tones matched with the white background. Each roll of Bellini Wallpaper measures 52cm in width and 10.05 metres in length. It has a straight pattern match and a 70cm pattern repeat.
