Lemnos Kifuku Wall Clock

With an appearance just like a fan or folded paper, the Kifuku Clock by Lemnos has taken its inspiration from nature, as well as looking a lot like a piece of the Japanese art of paper folding – origami. The Kifuku Clock has been designed by Noriko Hashida for Lemnos and the designer took inspiration from the natural curves that appear in nature.

The Kifuku Clock by Lemnos has an almost moving appearance, with a sense of motion to it as it incorporated the wave-like or fan-like clock face. The clock face has a rippled appearance and each of the ripples has been precision designed and positioned to point at each of the hours on the clock. This means the clock is easy to read as well as beautiful to look at and it is constructed from beautiful, delicate white porcelain. The clock is powered by 1 x AA battery and uses a sweeping movement, and it is relatively large in size with a 27cm diameter and a depth of 4.1cm. The pure whiteness of the clock means it can be worked into a wide range of different interior spaces.
