Founded in Denmark in 2000, Bloomingville is now a popular designer name in the homewares arena. The company is the vision of founder Betina Stampe who initially sourced beautiful pieces from around Europe to complement her own designer pieces. Following phenomenal growth throughout the last decade, today Bloomingville offers pieces that have predominantly designed in house, along with some additional vintage items which are sourced directly from Southern Asia and Africa for authenticity.
With a mission to ‘create, discover and collect beautiful objects’, the Bloomingville range is full of key pieces which perfectly combine natural, raw materials with Scandinavian styling, nostalgic inspiration and a touch of French broncante. The extensive range, which is growing all the time, includes everything from industrial inspired lighting designs, through to knit cushions, contemporary throws and numerous cushions featuring ostriches and grandmothers amongst other things.
Each piece within Bloomingville’s home and garden collection has been designed to serve a specific purpose whilst looking timeless in style. The cushions are attractive yet comfortable, the wicker storage baskets are generously sized yet simple in design and the lighting is both functional as well as striking.
The Bloomingville range will make a welcome addition to any home and many pieces will also make great gifts, whatever the occasion may be.
