Returns
Most items we sell are returnable, however some are not if they are made to order or ordered in especially. Please look at the ‘Lead Time:’ on the product page – if it says ‘Made to Order’ then the product is non-returnable’ Also please look at ‘IMPORTANT INFORMATION’ in the ‘DETAILS & DESCRIPTION’ tab where it sates ‘Made to Order – Non Returnable’
If a product is returnable then as long as the item is in a new and perfect condition as received, you have 30 days to return the product to us from when you receive it. Should you wish to return a product, please inform us via email within 14 days of receiving the item to obtain a Returns Authorisation Slip and instructions on how to return an item to us.
